Our products consist of Cerakote stencils and related accessories.

  • Our products are tools only and do not include coatings, chemicals, firearms, firearm components, or ammunition.
  • Proper use requires technical skill; results may vary based on surface preparation, coating application, curing methods, and user experience.
  • Cerakote-Stencil.com is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or misuse of our products.

You assume all risk associated with the use of our products.

3. Firearms Finishing Disclaimer (Florida)

Cerakote-Stencil.com does not sell firearms, firearm components, ammunition, or regulated weapon parts. We do not provide firearms finishing, gunsmithing, coating application, or firearm modification services.

Our products are stencils only, intended for use by trained individuals on legally owned items.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any firearm or firearm-related item being coated or refinished must be legally owned and possessed in compliance with all applicable federal, Florida state, and local laws.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including ATF regulations and manufacturer specifications.
  • Cerakote-Stencil.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality, safety, or suitability of applying coatings or finishes to firearms or firearm-related items.
  • Cerakote-Stencil.com shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, criminal liability, regulatory violation, or legal consequence arising from the use or misuse of our products on firearms or firearm components.

All products are sold strictly as non-regulated tools, and all use is undertaken at the customer’s sole risk.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. However:

  • Product colors, sizes, or details may vary
  • Information may contain errors or omissions

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed at checkout

Applicable Florida sales tax and other required taxes will be collected as required by law. Cerakote-Stencil.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Cerakote-Stencil.com is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns & Refunds (30-Day Policy)

Due to the nature of stencil products:

  • Used, damaged, or altered stencils are not eligible for return or refund
  • Returns may be accepted for unused items within thirty (30) days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, contact sales@cerakote-stencil.com within ten (10) days of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including stencil designs, patterns, logos, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Cerakote-Stencil.com and is protected under U.S. and Florida law. Stencil designs may be owned by other entities.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To violate local, state, or federal law
  • To infringe intellectual property rights
  • To transmit malicious code or malware
  • To harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cerakote-Stencil.com from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of Florida or federal law

13. Governing Law & Venue (Florida)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site.
