Cerakote-Stencil.com sells custom stencil products. Due to the nature of these products, the following refund policy applies.

Returns

• Used, damaged, or altered stencils are not eligible for return or refund
• Returns may be accepted for unused items within thirty (30) days of delivery
• Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, contact sales@cerakote-stencil.com within ten (10) days of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return eligible items and place a new order.
